Mental Health Clinician · South East Regional Community Health Service, Naracoorte · Indicative Total Remuneration: $74,799 - $97,500 (pro rata) – Perm P/T (22.8 hrs p/wk) – RN/RM2 You will contribute to the development of a range of primary mental health care services consistent with the principles of recovery which enhance the health of adult people living with a mental illness in the local community. Working in partnership, liaising, consulting, cordinating and collaborating with consumers, carers, other staff and agencies (government, non-government and private) you will take part in the development, provision and evaluation of holistic services and programs. The South East Regional Health Service (SERCHS) provides a diverse range of services and is committed to achieving better health care outcomes for people living in the South East You will be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and hold or be eligible to hold a current practicing certificate. You must be enrolled in an approved Mental Health course or hold a qualification in Mental Health practice. You will have effective communication skills including, problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Self-motivated and experienced in mental health nursing care, you will be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within a mental health setting. Job Ref: 513623.
