They have a current vacancy for a dynamic Credentialed (or eligible for credentialing) Mental Health Nurse, looking for a challenge and a change. The successful applicant will work with GP’s through the Mental Health Nurse Incentive Program (MHNIP), to deliver a range of services including; psychotherapy, counselling, care planning and co-ordination and health promotion whilst working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team. The position will provide the successful applicant with opportunities for training, peer support and offers a generous salary within the range of $75- $78k plus super will be offered and if you are relocating you may be eligible for financial assistance under the new federally funded Rural Health Professionals Program being administered by HR+ in Tasmania.
